When should I contact you?
Once you have decided a wedding date and venue for your ceremony, you should consider contacting me. We have had weddings booked two years in advance and only take on a limited amount per year, so it is ideal to contact us as soon as possible.
What happens next?
Ideally we would like to arrange to meet at your venue, and discuss your options, ideas, inspiration. We can discuss the style of your dress and theme, bring any samples of colour, and any photographs of flowers that you love. If this is not possible or you are out of the country, we can of course do this by email. After this first meeting we will send your an initial quote for your consideration.
I don't know anything about flowers...
This is where we come in! We often get brides who say they have no idea, but usually they already have a pretty good idea of their likes and dislikes. For us it is actually easier if you are open minded with just a basic idea of colours and maybe the names of a few flowers; we love to have a loose brief to have freedom of creativity with the design.
When do I pay?
We require a deposit of £200 with our Terms of Business to secure you wedding date, and then the full payment four weeks before your wedding date. Of course changes can happen to your quote after the deposit is accepted, we appreciate your ideas and guest numbers can change.

How much is it going to cost?
Due to the seasonality, availability and uniquely different designs for each Bride, there is no simple answer to this. Start by looking at our initilal price guide. After our first meeting we will send your an initial quote for your consideration. Expect to spend between 10-15% of your total wedding budget on flowers.
I have a limited budget, how can I save money?
While we would never advise cutting corners, I am a great believer in reusing arrangements from the ceremony for the reception. If your chosen flowers are going to be out of season and expensive we can suggest seasonal alternatives. Additionally we don’t charge VAT.
How does delivery work?
With most weddings we dress the venues the morning of the wedding. You decide what time and where you would like the bridal party flowers to be delivered.
What other servcies do you offer?
We have a variety of vases, stands and decorative items available to hire for your wedding or event and we're constantly adding to our collection. We also offer a service to move items between locations on your wedding day and collect all hired items on the following day.
What happens to the flowers afterwards?
It’s your wedding and the flowers are all yours after the day. We come to the venue the day the next day to collect the hired items.
